    hmm you can get reg fee for it. but this domain have big potential. try to develop it and get the real traffic before you sell it.

    Sorry, this is a reg-fee name, try and avoid putting "the" in front of domains, just my opinion

    the word "THE" in the domain name spoils it little bit, even then to have some selling potential develop it first.
