    Hello Friends,

I have a page with banners for products on it, and those banners link to the end vendor. I could either direct link the banner to the landing page, or I could link the banners to an html meta refresh page that redirects to the vendor's landing page. This latter example is useful for me for 2 reasons: 1) I can put google adwords conversion code on it to track conversions (in this case a conversion is a lead), and 2) at certain times it would be better to hide my marketing tactics and landing pages from the vendor.. the reason being is that they may steal ideas/keywords from my page once they know of it.. So this intermediate redirect page hides my landing page (and also the keywords).. Do you think this is ok from an SEO perspective? Do search engines mind this?

    Thanks

Google don't like cloaking - but no problem to use a redirect.
I use links to a php page with a simple redirect - that you could include tracking software such as Analytics (but I prefer to use Piwik instead - so Google do not know everything I do)
I hope you meant you can put analytics on it and not Adwords or Adsense - because that would start to cause you problems?
