I am assuming no revenue, all of these as a package can get you around $60 imo. Getting pr 3 domains isn't that difficult now.

 

reg fee IMO due to lenghts

 

if the owner of the Hotel Gran Mar del Plata want your domain cause he don't want to buy any other domain, this domain is worth the money he will offer to you, otherwise the value is the reg fee
But knowing like things are in Argentina, probably the owner of the hotel has already registered a similar domain to pay the reg fee only.
