    very long domain name, PR4 for a site that doesn't have a real content or is on costruction it's very strange.
    There are no results on google searching with info:ismywebsiteup.com , site:ismywebsiteup.com , cache:ismywebsiteup.com. Are you sure that PR4 is not fake?? :)
    I definitely think that is not worth more than $100/$200 if the PR4 is real or reg fee if it's fake.

    PR4 seems valid, however not great value for me. Not more than Low $XX for the domain age

    As a link directory, you could probably make a little bit of money selling back links from a PR4 site.

    If you develop the domain, the high PR will give you an edge for SEO, and the site seems to be powerful already as far as keywords in its name.

    Developed - ~$250
    Undeveloped - ~$75
