    You would need to develop it for it to have value. That three in there is a big problem too. Probably a better name for that kind of thing would be:

    thirdgenweb.com

    --which is available by the way. But it too would need to be developed. Third generation web doesn't really mean much--and overture shows that it doesn't get searched much either.
