    It should be worth regfee. The name is easy to remember though tedious to type. 5/6 letter domains are good for file hosting.

    If you establish simplefilehosting.com, you WILL get search engine traffic.

    You definitely have keywords in their that people search.

    I am also sure people search "simple file hosting" from time to time.

    So try to establish it, and if it fails, then sell it for mid $XX
