Please appraise my website ...

It has a Google Pagerank 3 ... and an Alexa Rank of 651.339 ...

On iwebtool.com it says that on the next google update ... i`ll have a pagerank 5 ...

I have more than 11.000 backlinks on the web ...

On another domain forums it says that i can get up to low $xx.xxx

what do you say ???

Probably not $xx.xxx unless you get someone REALLY interested... but don't sell it now if it might go to PR5! wait until it gets the pagerank first, then sell it...
