I'm being offered a domain and two forums installed on it. Just wanted to know if it's worth the price I'm thinking to pay.

I'll be getting the domain, and everything you see on its website right now.

The domain has a Google PR 3.
Has 581 backlinks according to iwebtool.
Alexa rank 3,096,723.

EDIT: EXTRA INFO: There are 2 forums installed in the website. One of them has around 900 posts with 100 members, and the other has around 800 posts with 60 members.

Please have a look at it, and tell me how much you'd be willing to spend on it MAX!

I have to make my decision by 5-6 hours, so please tell me what you guys think!
