I think u people do not aware from the site tvonics.com. tvonic is a term using for digital tv recording ! Also u can search it by google.
That is probably a trademark name them. I would think the company that owns that DVR product could make you give them that domain name. I read last week that Verizon sued a company that owned 600 domain names with the word Verizon in them and won. Apparently they where using the names and stealing Verizon costumers. They have to pay Verizon $33,000,000!
I have contacted to tvonics.com people and offer them to get this domain but still no response ! This is also amazing that they didn't register this domain which is similar to their trademark ? I have registered it on Dec. 31, 2008. Why they didn't spend only $8 and secure their trademark ??
