I would only say maybe high $xxx how it is... with the traffic... I don't see that much interest in the site itself right now... I would even say mid $xxx b/c I don't see much 'buy' offers on this site... it needs some development on the graphics side... a little more cleaner developed pages.. it seems like all of your unique visitors come from paid advertisements... if thats true then I'd have to say the appraisal of mid $xxx is more in the right market considering you do have content and a partially developed site.. its a good site... however, it really could be better.. 0_o
