    Hi,

i was wondering how much would this domain cost, when sold,
LoreleiwebDesign.com as I might consider to hand if to someone who has the time to maintain it.

    Some stats:

    • PageRank 5
    • Alexa 70,000
    • 400+ pages indexed in google, all unique content
    • 670 backlinks indexed in google
    • Daily Traffic: 2500+ uniques, 60% bounce rate
    • Approved at BuySellAds, making approx $200 a month
    • Approved for Adsense, making about $200 as well
    • Private sales / affiliate commissions at about $100 a month.
    • Facebook fan page has about 1400 fans (genuine).
    • The domain is about 5 years old, never dropped or penalized.
How much do you think it can sell for?

Thank you very much in advance. I'd really appreciate serious replies.

I heard that domain cost is monthly revenue multiplied by 10, but is 5k really all it's worth?

I am a bit less optimistic: past performance no guarantee of future returns. IMHO, starting price $5,000.

List at Flippa.Com premium - pay the $59 ... You will see at least $5,000

Do NOT set the starting bid at $5,000

Set the starting bid at $1 - Create interest and action ... But set your reserve to the lowest amount you would feel comfortable selling it at. I see sites like this go for $10 - $15,000 on Flippa ...

    I'll give you $100 :) LOL

If people find interest in your niche, they will want to pay more than 12 times the revenue per month, especially if it's increasing

many thanks for you replies guys, I will give it a go on flippa soon!

@ryanlanane, whats the difference between regular and premium listing? just the front page appearance? what is better to pay for, front page listing or twit to all flippa users?
