    with the hypen "-" sign it's more devalued than without the hypen.
    top40 is currently a good brand that already known by people.
    lets make it clear :
    - top-40.net $ hundred/s
    - sexy-teenagers.com about $hundred/s too
    just keep the domain and sell them to the right biz :)
