I have the following domains which I would appreciate an appraisal on. cancer-cures-naturally.com cancer-cures-naturally.info The following domains were purchased prior to the pre-launch, launch of the my music ticket.com MLM program, which I decided not to pursue. mmtmedia.com mmtmedia.info mmtmedia.net mymusicticketsocialnetworking.com mymusicticketsocialnetworking.info I do still see ads for the program, know that it is still being promoted and the main site shows it's listed around 400k in alexa. I am completely new to domain selling, so any direction on where I might sell, or find interested parties for these domains is appreciated. Thanks, Louis
In my opinion, the mymusicticketsocialnetworking.com/.info domains would not get more than the registration fee at the wholesale level. There is a difference between the wholesale market and the retail market. the wholesale market typically consists of other domain name investors, whose goal is to generate a cash flow by parking the domain, doing light website development or flipping the domain to a retail customer. The retail market, typically, consists of end-consumers who will be using the domain to build out a website with some sort of application or utiity (e.g. corporate website, new product, etc.). For the retail market, prices are generally (but not always) higher than the wholesale market. The challenge with the retail market is in its lack of liquidity. It is not very straightforward to find retail buyers. Those domainers who do develop a list of retail buyers tend to focus on a niche or industry. In my recommendation, your best bet, as a new domain investor is to find and develop long-tail, keyword oriented, DOT com domains for light development.
