Please Appraise testseekers.com domain

    I have the domain www.testseekers.com
    Currently there is nothing on the site, but I could very easily see its monetization potential if it was developed. I'm not sure whether I want to develop the site or just sell the domain. Please give me your idea on what its worth. Useful posts will be rewarded with +feedback. Thanks.

    low $xx undeveloped.
    Worth hanging on to it since there are several opportunities for test related content like
    computer certification exams entrance tests iq tests for companies etc.
    A blog or a website related to these tests should see the value go up.

    I think it's an ok domain, has potential. I would value it as Low $xx to $40 undeveloped.
