The domain is 1 word dictionary and is a very hot niche. I don't have time to develop it although it has very big potential. I will try to sell it but if i can't i will just keep it since i can reach the right buyer.

The keyword is really nice, but the extension is not that popular as it used to be.
I would advice you to develop the name first, offer free scripts, templates, etc. I think even with a simple project you can expect high $XXX low $XXXX.
It would be a shame to let this go for cheap.

I'd say low $xx at the best.

Please quote correctly what I said: "There are a lot of scripts.ccTLD domains available." (w/o a space between "cc" and "TLD". ccTLD means "country code top level domain"
Other available domains:
scripts.ac
scripts.vc
scripts.gs
etc...

 

oh that's what you mean ... first of all .cc is the cheap one, second of all lot of people use it (Although it not as popular as it use to be). .cc still more popular than any of the extension you mention below. It's even more popular than some of the top .cc like .ws . es or even .asia

 

Those were only a few o ccTLDs.
.cc does not have a cheap reg/renewal fee.
There are a lot of ccTLDs better than .cc
Anyway, if you can sell it more than what I said, than go ahead

 

I'm not saying .cc is the best but the TLDs you list above are nobody even know that they exist, not mention register them.

Ok for example, when you go to godaddy and search for keyword scripts on their domain search. Most of the domain extension taken exept .com.bz ... That's mean scripts is a good keyword and all extension taken.

Of course i won't sell the domain as you said for $20 since It won't help me rich or anything. I rather just stay with this domain until I die.

yea, its a one word domain but that doesn't makes it $xxx i would say it won't even make it $xx
In order to judge the value we have to carefully examine its potential

 

Uhm ... so for example a domain name like orangejuice.com . It has no valid income proofs, it don't even has any traffic. They are bidding it for $20,000. Are you saying they are throwing their money away ? The domain name with valid keyword which is brandable and easy to remember can make it to the top without any kind of income or proofs. Its worth by its look
