    I think it's a good domain seeing that each day more and more websites are being sold and the market it's growing. If you have the time develop it, maybe a forum like this would work :)

    "Appraise" is typographically an unfriendly word.
    Sometimes i forget the double "P" & "I" or simply type "Aprese" "Apprese" or "Apreise"...

    Appraise is easy to spell :)

    I suggest putting a forum on it - Mainly for site/domain appraisals, but for other things as well like a BST, etc.

    I really doubt Appraise is spelt incorrectly that often. Like bk871 says id think it would do reasonably well as a forum. Try and get a bit of monthly traffic going and then you would stand a much better chance of making some money with it.
