    Hi DP,

I've been running a service that converts photoshop files to twitter bootstrap markup.
It receives around 550 uniques per month mostly organic and is ranked #1 in google for it's search term.

I get at least 10 client enquiries per week if there were more hours in the day I would work with all of them a lot of the time I have to turn them down and only work with the best 2 or 3. But this would be a great opportunity for somebody else.

It's been about a year now and it's time for me to move on, I've roughly been making between $400 - $1000 per week sometimes more depending on the amount of work I'm prepared to take on.

My prices for a conversion are $200 for main page and $150 per subpage and clients seem pretty happy with that.

But I've just graduated university and starting a fulltime job in a couple weeks and won't have anymore time so I'm looking to sell my freelance business.

But I have no idea what the worth price of a service business like mine is.

So please if you would like to appraise my business I would be very grateful.

Also where would be the best marketplace to put up a business like mine for sale?

    Thanks so much
    Will

    Hello Will,

You have a very nice business here, as you make roughly 20k / year that would be about the price your business is vallued. Keep in mind that people need a skill to take over your business..

Do you have a client base and recurring clients? That can increase the vallue.

Google: "Sell online business" and you'll find lots of sites to sell your business.

    To bad I can't slice :D

    Thanks for the advice.

Yea it would take a fair bit of skill to take over the business but I think this would be a good opportunity for another developer to absorb my clients and expand their own business.
