if you could keep it for anther year , it might for sure get anther 10k +++ to its value , Which might be sold over then 35k $ , you might get a question why would you do this , First its an old domain (So getting one year more to its age, will increase its value) (And dont forget that search engine will love it more) also its easy to be pronounced and there are some LLL in market by now thats easy to be pronounced ,till the next year or after , the market will have some gap and this domain may put this into its own advantage.
