    I would sell it to the rep if you have the chance now. It's not worth holding if you've got an end user inquiry now.

    Honestly, it's really not worth holding onto this name as the extention is a crap extention that has been a total failure. If it's a legit company that has approached you to sell this name, not an appraisal scam, I'd sell it.
