Please appraise Maturity.in and Pending.in

    Hello Guys, Please appraise the domains Maturity.in and Pending.in. I registered them since those are single words and I think in future (in about 5 years, I plan to keep them) they will be worth at least $$$ (3 figures) in India (.in is the ccTLD of India if you don't know that). What do you think?

    .in are all available like .me , i dont think they gonna worth good in 5 years

    Thanks for your opinion. In .in TLD almost all the (popular) single word domains are already taken. I think in coming 5 years you are going to get good price for .in TLD single word domains.

    ^ Thank you guys. You both must have checked the domains in domain valuation sites like Estibot. In my opinion almost all the domain valuation tools guess the value of domains wrong. Personally, I think I can get at least $1k for Maturity.in. As for Pending.in, I don't think it is even in the $100 range now. Probably in the next five years I can get good offers for those two domains.
