Are you asking about the domain value? It's pretty much reg fee. You need something pretty special for a .ca to be valuable. This is not to suggest you can't develop the domain into a nice site though.
It's the reg fee. You can develop the site into an actual blog about what's going on locally, because a forum is too common. yugo
