    It's a misspelling as the correct one is Hobby or Hobbies. I'd have to say reg fee unless developed.

    hobbie is not a word as far as i know, but a quick google search reveals it to be a popular last name, and ihobbie does make sense in that case, so worth mid $xx imo.
