    "came" - usage of past tense doesnt make sense to me

    Otherwise I would agree with Regine, no hot words, no extra value. I would suggest developing the site a bit more before trying to sell it.

    Thanks - not looking to develop that site - it used to be a fairly active youth sports community - but I really neglected it for some other projects. Just trying to get rid of it - I listed it in a couple of places and got a $100 offer in about an hour.....just curious.
