    Appraise a sub-domain?
You only want the main domain appraised.
    web.com

You can't sell a sub-domain, so appraisal value is like zilch.

And these are sub-domains for a host company.

No one in the right mind would want to buy such a creature.

So bottom line, your sub-domains are worth zilch, nada.

To be a professional, you must first remember NOT to make derogatory or degrading remarks about or to any domainer. You, or anyone else really knows if there is a million $ domain name in a portfolio.

I completely disagree with you on this one Nick Mayhem. I think they are probably more likely to be worth:

    1-www.firewall.web.com - £0.00
    2-www.freeware.web.com - £0.00
    3-www.tourism.web.com - £0.00
    4-www.espana.web.com - £0.00
    5-www.venezuela.web.com - £0.00
    6-www.management.web.com - £0.00
    7-www.asseenontv.web.com - £0.00
    8-www.keywest.web.com - £0.00
    9-www.offers.web.com - £0.00
    10-www.contacts.web.com - £0.00
    11-www.videochat.web.com - £0.00

Dont think you should be allowed to post that many annoying icons in one post. There should be a ratio of maybe 3 words to one icon or something! ;)

First, I speak better English than any of you and I have been speaking it longer than you have been alive!
Second, people should NOT uses Spanish (Nada) if they do not want to continue in Spanish, which I speak perfectly. Don't start something you can not finish, no matter what the language.
Third, I was only trying to be polite and ask for opinions but evedently the ones making the wise-cracks have nothing better to with their life but try to down-grade someone else to make themselves look better, that will never work with me.
I do not have the time to deal with petty little games that are being played here. I will post my domain names and if you do not like them or my postings, just count that as $0 or £0 to you knowledge.

If you have subdomains that brings the price domain heavily!

I encourage people to use only .com .co.uk .org and .net the best is probably .com ! Most common!

    Camaleon,

The reason you got the responses that you did was because there is almost no value in a subdomain.

The domain web.com is a great domain, and is worth a fortune, but any subdomain of it is worthless, as it can be created and deleted in a moment. The subdomains that you mentioned, firewall, and freewall are pointless, since any website on the internet can create the exact same subdomains.

I have bloggeries.com. I can go and create a subdomain firewall.bloggeries.com. it would take all of 2 minutes to do it, and less time than that to delete it. It is no different than creating a folder on the domain. Does that mean I should create a bunch of subdomains, and then try to sell them? I doubt I would get any takers. If so, please let me know, and I will sell you all of the subdomains you want.

Now, with that said. The subdomains you mentioned are good subdomains, but they are totally dependant upon the owner of web.com, and that makes them not worth anything.

    @Camaleon- A little linguistic rant.

And you claim to speak English better than all of us ?!?

"nada" is English (if you speak English so well, you should have known this.) It came historically from Spanish, as well as lots of other words vis. corral, lasso, guerilla, taco, burrito, enchilada, rodeo, chaparral, adios, adobe, arroyo, buckaroo, banana, alfalfa, albino, alcove, aficcionado, armadillo .... should I go on?

I will not be rude to a person who is literally ignorant or very uneducated. As an MBA from Lexington University, I will give you a one word English lesson. Nada is NOT English and never will be. It is, as you quoted, a Spanish word derived from Latin. The other words you so freely through around are English expressions for Spanish foods, items, places or things. We, as English speaking people took from the Spanish language, some of their words and claimed them to be English, as you have done. True English has been almost destroyed because of people like you who have NO clue how to use their own language and when in doubt they make things up or borrow from other languages and claim them for English.
I sincerely bid you to go back to school, if you ever went, and take a course in English and maybe you will not embarrass yourself or the English speaking people with your ignorance.
I really do not have time to waste on your ignorance or anyone else with such a big moth and nothing good to come out of it.

    banana-man & SiteExpress,

Thank you both for your input. This is very helpful. I look for positive and negative responses, always with respect.
If this forum is used to question and answer in a professional and proper way, things would be a lot easier for everyone. It takes to much energy and time to deal with angry, upset and arrogant people.
We ask those people to calm down, it is not a war. If anyone has a negative thought or remark to make, it is okay as long as it is done with respect and knowledge.
