I already ready researched this and I don't think its an issue. Google "facebook likes" or "twitter followers" and you will see lots of companies selling them with the respective brand names in the domain name. All simply have the term "not affiliated with" at the bottom of the page. boosttwitterfollowers.com has a few thousand word TOS page including that they are not liable should you have a seizure from using their service. I don't see why a company would post such a TOS page if they are already using a TM violating DN.
It's trademark infringement, period. It has no value and a disclaimer doesn't get around infringement. Each company gets to decide who they sue and whom they allow to use the name. Facebook is aggressive - drop the name.
