Hi all, I would be grateful for any appraisals for the domain name DownloadNotepad.com. As silly as it may sound, according to Google's Keyword Tool (and the results of other KW tools match), the term "download notepad" has a global monthly search volume of 49,500 (broad) / 10k (phrase). While it's probably not that easy to make it to the first page of Google for this keyword (most of the current top ones have a decent pagerank), it's still quite possible with some effort. Thanks a bunch in advance!
Pretty poor I'd say. What are the bids? Pagerank doesn't matter much to make it top 10 in a particular niche, that's my experience, but without traffic it's to no avail.
Some additional info - I had a look at SpyFu and it shows $0.52 - $1.52 for the term 'notepad'. Not as good as some finance, health, etc. -related keywords but I'd consider it quite decent compared to the average of 20-30c.
