LOL Are you serious? How reliable is that one? If its reliable just goes to show you the crappy advice people give here which is why i always have to argue.

If its 4000 undeveloped that means it would be worth 10K decently developed? LOL

you're right about that... it 'could' be worth a few hundred if you find a motivated buyer b/c it is a niche site.. with not a huge market... so, it'll be better keeping it and developing it into something... then you'd have a better time selling it in the $x,xxx range... ^_^

maybe something like dogtraining.com would be worth that undeveloped b/c a considerable about of traffic would flow through a parked site... your domain however doesn't have much results/demand/traffic... ..also, nameboy is lame.. ^_^

    You very familiar with nameboy?

I do think 4000 sounds a bit too high too. But A few hundred sounds more realistic just on the domain itself undeveloped, and maybe a few thousand if it was developed OK.

If the DNS has resolved on your end, you should see a forum up now. I think this is going to turn into a great forum.

Yeah im busy on some projects so Ill have to start the threads and create folders later, I just wanted to get a template that I liked and fit the them of the site first.

Can't do much on the graphics. The way the template is setup, it is hard to get a logo etc in it. Im not great on graphics anyways, it will look better once the forum is filled up with folders and threads.

I found a way to spice up the forum a bit. I added a dog paw background to it. Looks better now! Thoughts so far?

Check out what the site looks like now. Now do you think it has a lot of potential? :)

It's a good start, but development doesn't mean installing a phpBB forum with a custom logo, and expect to get thousands more for it. Development is building a real business on the domain earning good revenues.

I know of course. But once you get up a template and get the ball rolling then you have a easier time showcasing / convincing the value of the domain.
