    Well I was thinking this is a domain appraisal, not a website appraisal which would include the website's revenue.

    Exactly my point chandan123, the domain is worthless but the search engine optimization in the site ads all the value. Which is the case in most domain names who are not category killers.

    Yeah you can have aslkdjlskjdflskdjflskjdflskjdflskdjf.com as a domain name, but if it brings monthly income, you can sell it for quite a bit!
