Hi I bought http://breastenlargement.name a couple months ago and I started developing it, but with so many projects on the go, I do not see when I will get a chance to tend to it to get it going, so I am thinking about selling the whole project. How much do you think I could get for it? I tried purchasing the .com version of that domain at the time and was asked to pay $1200 by its owner, eventhough he had never done anything with it. I did a fair amount of research in the niche and realized that there is an incredible potential there. So I put together this optin/sales/adsense page, which is designed to build the owner a list in the "breast enlargement" niche. It redirects optins to a couple more pages with testimonies and videos which eventually convinces them to purchase a product from an affiliate page that pays out 40% in commission in total. If the optin does not right away convert to a customer, they will be sent 4 professionally written follow-up emails in a period of 10 days, reminding them that they are incomplete without the product - at which point they will most likely return to your affiliate page and purchase the product. Later on the optin list owner can always promote many other health/anti-aging product to the list and continue to benefit from it. Not only is the site desigend to make the owner money off of affiliate sales and followup affiliate sales, but the nicely matching adsense ad at the bottom of the page is a great money earner as well. One of the reasons I chose this niche is because I noticed that it is a very competitive market and advertisers don't mind paying dollars per click. So another incredible earning opportunity. The list has temporarly been taken down as I really am not sure if I want to build a list in this field myself just yet. So depending on how much you figure it is worth, I might put it up for sale and give a seriously interested individual a good deal on it.
