My mom owns the domain name brandstir.com and was contacted by an individual looking to buy the domain from her. Both her and I have no idea what it is worth and the guy did not give a figure. Any ideas on what it should sell for? She has paid the dues for a few years. Thanks guys!
Tell the guy u r willing to sell it for 1700, but no less, because the name has special importance to you, etc. If he says: "too much", go: "ok, ok! 800." That should get you a nice sale. If he still thinks its too expensive, offer it for 350. If he rejects that offer drop to 130. Keep lowering the price until he accepts the offer, even if all he gives you is a coupon for free fries. Because I'm tellin' ya, whatever you get will be worth one hell of a lot more than the domain ; ) Now appraise mine ; )
