Regarding lottery.vg: Due to the ccTLD, it's a complete shot in the dark and impossible to place a value. Just list it on one of the big markets such as Sedo and you might get lucky and someone buys it who doesn't care about its ccTLD. However, it could also sit there unsold for a long-time. Take the first decent offer. However, this probably sat parked and up for sale before and went unsold. It's more likely worth $0. Bike.bz has no real value. The plural form might hold some value, but if developed. You might want to avoid ccTLDs, unless it's your local one and you know the market there.
Population in virgin islands is too low. Just 27800. I think Lottery.vg is not worth than $100. For the bike.bz I agree with ryan.
