    There are many Domains sold undeveloped at very High sale Price and Still Undeveloped.

    As example free-credit-report.com sold for $28,250 as Undeveloped & it is still undeveloped.

    I think it's a game of finding interested potential enduser or buyer.

    I agree with that. If you're lucky enough, you'll find an end-user that will pay top dollar for this name. It's only a matter of time.

    The .net TLD is really killing your chances of really finding much potential in the resale of this domain undeveloped. Also, hyphens and numbers really don't help domains much.

    .com = best

    all other TLD's = junklisted (with few exceptions/deviations of the norm) Yet, domains with so many characters, especially with other TLD's besides .com's push me to this domain valuation at Registration Fee.

    .com is worth a LOT more than .net.
