Well as a stand alone domain - $10
If you have a forum on it then $100-$150
And if this forum has a few members (200+) and a bit of traffic - $500-$750.

Maybe you don`t know but its .com is listed for sale at $5000. This doesn`t mean i also want a similar price but i think this is worth a little more then that.

It can be listed for 8000 billion dollars but that does not change the value. .org is a little bit of a nightmare of an extension. Its not as popular as it used to be. With the PR and backlinks you have I would think you could get $40 but I'm not sure if it would sell. For someone who wants to start an admin forum that would be a great deal.

Without content it will worth around 20$-100$ IMO.
