    mid to high $xx undeveloped.. its a trademarked name... however, if you stay away from their name and use it as a completely different business then you'll be in the clear... also, .name is a really weak TLD.. develop it.. That'll be the only way to know its true potential..

    I don't think it was worth the investment because the extension .name is very rare and not used commonly. Also, that 11 million is "Competition" not searches.

    I agree with most people here, .name's dont have much strength pal. Its bad enough that its a four letter TLD, and then NAME? It doesnt really meanmuch, just a way for domain registar companies to make more money...

    I'd say at least two strikes...1 for the trademark and 1 for the .name undeveloped is the third.
