    Reg fee
    without development it is not easy to earn revenue unless the domain is a premium one
    you could try parking the name and test with several landing pages.

    if i park the domain, i have to park it with some registrar , correct? how can i test the landing pages then?

    There are several parking providers like sedo namedrive etc where you can park your domain for free and
    test for traffic,keywords etc.,

    is it better to park the domain or make 1 page website, where you can control all the ads you put there?
