Please advise on CPA Company to use

I have a website that sells digital produtcs, i wanna advertise with CPA not with CPC.
Don't wanna try clickbank for 2 reasons
1) because unless you are at the top of the list in the marketplace, nobody is gonna promote you,
2) you have to wait 2 weeks for the check

Azoogle is so confusing i still didn't get it, does it offer CPC or CPA ads.

What are other CPA networks i can use?
