Please advise me on a descent paying 2nd tier network (To refer affiliates)

    Hello,

    I am looking for a network that pays well for referred affiliates. (pays the master affiliate for referrals activity).
    The program needs to be legit and ofcourse offer a wide variety of attractive offers.

    Any advise is great.
