I m planning to buy one but i m not able to decide ! Please can somebody guide me ... ! I'd like to know the pro's and con's of each system! Also, what is the best 3d game s available for this gaming consoles! Thanks in advance!
For relaxing fun with the family, get the Wii For quality online play, get the XBOX 360 For good games, better graphics and serious gaming, get the PS3 Thanks.
Above poster is stupid. PS3 doesn't have better graphics and you can't say it's serious gaming either. Each console is serious depending on how you game. If you like motion and moving a lot, get the Wii. Personally when I'm gaming I don't like moving around a lot. I mean it's different & fun but not my style of GAMING, maybe entertainment. Anyway, besides BluRay, PS3 has no library of games...at least not a lot of good games. Get the 360. They have a massive library and it's totally worth it. You won't be sorry with as many versatile good games it has in its library. I also like the controller and overall 360 system better.
I think it really depends on WHAT you want to play. I have all three systems and I really only play the 360. I like war games, fps, rpgs, and like to play all of those with friends. I really enjoy being able to just chat with my friends on the 360. I can talk to people while I'm playing one game and they are playing another, saves on the wonderful phone bills. Sure, it costs money to have Xbox Live Gold, but there servers are WAY more reliable than Sony's lately. Microsoft maintains their own servers while Sony has a third party look over theirs. If you like Mario and games the whole family can play, get the Wii. But don't expect much in the way of graphics. If you like sports games, then get the PS3. If you want to play with friends and have the widest selection of games, get the 360. Boyfriend's sister has borrowed our Wii and we totally forgot about it. And we use the PS3 mainly as a blu-ray player....but buy for what YOU will play....
Only get the Wii if you are looking to have "family fun time." I own all three and the Wii is the only one I wouldn't recommend if you are looking to do any "serious" gaming. Don't get me wrong, the Wii can be great fun, but it is better as a group activity, the controls are horrible if you are looking to play a Modern Warfare 2 or Bioshock2 (yes, I know they aren't even available for the Wii). Xbox 360 and PS3 also both have better selections of what I would consider "quality games" (read high budget). While I prefer the PS3's controller for many games, I consider both the PS3 and XBOX 360 to be mostly equivalent. Of course, I prefer my 360 for online gaming because of XBOX live, and they do have a greater portion of exclusive titles. But I am also on my fourth XBOX 360 (they keep breaking. In fact, I just had to fix my 360 last night because it broke and is out of warranty). So, in the end, I would say either the 360 or PS3, users choice. Take a look at each console's exclusives and see which you think you would like better. Either way, buy your console from Game Stop and buy the PRP for it (it is a sort of extended warranty), especially if you go with the 360. It costs 10% of the console price but is definitely worth it. PRP's have saved me probably 900 dollars for my XBOX 360 alone. Hope this helps.
Remember you are playing the games not the console. So, just see which one has the games you want to play the most. Good luck.
