Hi Almost every day I get emails from my client prasing my service, they are not accutally in the form of tetimonial. The comment I get rather personally addressing me . I am not sure whether putting some of them here will voilate DP rules, thats why I am not posting them here. To give you some idea they are like " I am very please with your service, keep up" etc. Certainly if I can use them for testimonials my visitors take it positively and will feel confident to buy. I m asking your suggestions how I can use the full email , i mean other possible ways to show to my site visitors what our clients are saying about our service Yes I have an idea I can make image each of them and add to my site. Do you have any other innovative idea? Please feel free to suggest what you think Thanks
You can use the email addresses to market your products to the people leaving comments say newsletter or something. Most webmasters edit comments left by visitors before using them as testimonials, so you can do the same. Something like would be good: <Domain name> I am very please with your service, keep up <Name of commentor>
Thanks for your input. I think If I could show the screenshot of email it will be more credible . If I edit and only show certain portion will it not lose some flavior. what do you think? Would it not be more powerful testimonial if I could show the exact email I get with screenshot of mail client window. If I am not clear to you let me know
Kashem, I would contact those customers and ask them if it is possible for you to use their comments as testimonial. 95% would definitely say yes to it. Then you can use it as an image or even as text but make sure you don't share the customer's email address to the public. (hide it). Second, like fluid mentioned above. Add them to a weekly or monthly newsletter from your site. Make them feel involved with your business. Customers will really love the appreciation. Good luck.

yes you can ask them & they will probably say yes. I have thought of doing something similar, but if your clients are in your local area you risk your competitors knowing your customers & evntually contacting them to do business with them.

Actually what I am thinking is to show those email unedited , not in the format all are showing testimonials. If i can show some way the whole email as it is then i think visitors will rely more and be willing to buy. What you are all thinking, am I on right track? thanks
