You might check here. http://www.web-directories.ws/Niche/Real_Estate/ Not sure how many exchange links (as it is a bad practice these days in Google's view) , mostly you will find they are asking some review fees to review your site.
Google doesn't look to kindly at link exchanges, so before you go and do anything why don't you just check it out and see if it will really be worth the effort. Anyway go to Google and type your query you will get the first 10 best sites, compare yours with theirs.
