Please advice on this banner ppc/cpm suggestion, thanks!

    I have a site and now trying to put up banner ad (an HTML box around 300 x 300 pxl) on others site.

    Sites i targeted have good focus on my targeted audience... but one charge me $12/ CPM for a 640 x 120 banner on their front page.

    I see that most ads they have comes from google banner ad, i.e. the 320 x 320 ones... i wonder how much do they make that they can ask for as high as $12/cpm for me (it's a diet website).

    Anyone knows how much would u make by putting google banner ads on your own site of such size?? and how much should i counter-offer?

    Its only the price, noone said that they have ads all the time :)

    $12 cpm is not that bad for "diet" niche. CPC for diet related keywords can get expensive. How much you make depends on the amount of traffic you get.
