    Do you have any suggestions for improvement? Currently my CTR is very bad :( and I am sure it isn't because of the traffic which is mostly western in origin.

    Try to get rid of the word filter. Use the word block instead. I'm seeing ads for air filters and water filters.

    Thanks for the tip djmadfx . I have changed the text on the site and will see how the ads change once the adsense bot comes around. Still open to other suggestions though.
