Hello I'm thinking to sell my 'inbox.xxx' domain name. I know that one of the inbox.* domain (national one) in a very small country was sold for approx. 25 000 eur last year. How do you think, should inbox.xxx cost more as a global domain or not?
Hi gosha The .xxx domain extension registration is unfortunately much more than that of the .com, .net and .org. It is very expensive to run and maintain these extensions, and due to the fact that .xxx is still new, they will naturaly charge higher fees in registering these domains. I think that registration fees will become cheaper if more and more people start registering domains in this extension. But, this could be over a long period of time though. As for the domain inbox.xxx, you will find that very few traders may be interested in it. Due to the price, even less end-buyers may be interested in the domain. Why don't you try to launch some unique email/chat service for the adult industry? If you can start a successful adult mail/chat service you can increase the value of the domain and service tremendously.

Actually I think that we can start the email / chat service, I'm quite familiar with the server's administration, I have a traffic and even a small data center, but I can't imagine an idea what a service could be interesting for an "adult" auditory... and also I don't want to be inside a porno industry...
