I think you'd probably get a few more clicks if you had a couple of rectangle ads at the top, rather than the horiztonal banner. Also, I don't think Google would be to keen if they knew you were running a torrent site. I'd advise you to contact the adsense team and ask them if it's okay. Much better than getting banned IMO.
