The design looks a bit plain to make the site look better you should add some graphics
to the page and it would also be good to have a few testimonials on the landing page.

 

Just had a quick look i found it to bright and had to hit the exit button.Sorry

 

I would consider having the header stretch all the way across the site. The text could be bit larger as well.

 

needs more color to brighten it up a bit

i would go with fixed wide instead of streched website..
And about the top image whats the deal with that..
it nothing about the rest of the website..
And you should consider about the put images instead of text block..
such as :What we offer - About Us
