Please, a little help here

I have a website, and I'd like to post a link page to upload banners of programs that I am involved in. How would I go about doing this?

do you mean you want to create a new HTML web page where you can add the banners of companies that you are involved with?

Sorry for the incomplete info guys. I am so new to this, I guess I'm not asking the right questions. on the First page of my website It lists the different pages people can go to. I'd like to add a banner page on my website that lists all the programs I'm involved in. I think the above quote is what I'm trying to accomplish.

I am involved with different programs that I can display their banners on my webpage for people to be able to sign up under me. On the first page of my website, there are some links that a person can click on to see that page. I would like to add a new page called banners that people can click on to see a page with the different banners displayed on it. I hope this explanation is a little less confusing.
