Samir I would suggest you reduce the description in the header - maybe post that description as a blog post itself
Also for the ads I think you should try horizontal ads instead of vertical ones just my 2 cents

 

Maybe also have the big ad blocks after some content instead of them being the first thing you get to see? And the theme looks quite defaulty.

 

i dont see much changes , try a different skin and use a logo as well for your blog.

 

Blending the ads and typography, I would say, these two points should be addressed properly. Nothing is catching and inviting. Try to play with the color of the titles, experiment with the shades of blue. Make the graphics more visible, as it will become the main illustration of your blog.

Generally the saying is if it ain't broke, don't fix it... If you want to get more clicks to your advertisements, then you need to change it, but if you are happy with the way it works, it may be unnecessary to change anything. Just my opinion.

 

You have a nice blog and could use better ad placements.
