Hi & thanks for your comment, i understand this, however the amount of sites i have lost from under my feet due to DP scammers via PP is a joke... Scammers seem to have more backing than honest sellers..

I do need a VBulletin license, so if anyone has a Owned license then i would be open to a swap.

I can accept Escrow no problems, i have used that service before a few times, but normally with sites over 3k, as there is a fee attached to doing so, i was just assuming people would not wish to use Escrow for a site priced so low. Shoot me a PM if your interested.
