playstation3.org any legal isue trademark ?

    Above in the present topic a dp member is selling his site playstation3.org but im highly know if there would be a problem faced with Sony Entertainment.Its there trademark

    i checked playstation3.info / biz they are registered to scei.co.jp = Sony Entertainment what do you think should i ask them about this ?

    I can see sony wanting the domain if they came across it.
