Makes about $5-$10 a month right now via cpa offer and about 1-3 dollars via adsense. Proof available.

I only see the value going up, as playstation 4 hasn't been released yet and there's already around 100k searches a month. No backlink building was done and I'm still ranking fairly well.

BIN: $1,500 FIRM.

The price is based on potential revenue and value. If backlinking is done and once the ps4 is release (1 year or so for announcement), the site will earn $100-$500/day.
